The Opportunity

The position will be responsible for managing our high-profile clients, organising and attending board meetings and drafting board minutes.

 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing the relationship, organising of board meetings, attending board meetings and writing minutes for our high profile clients;
  • organising and attending board meetings for other clients;
  • preparing board packs, agendas and other meeting materials for other clients; and
  • drafting detailed minutes of board, committee and shareholder meetings to a meticulous standard and ensuring that all matters arising from such meetings are identified and clearly documented.

What You Bring

 

In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

 

  • A degree holder with a minimum of 3-4 years’ working experience in legal, fund administration or financial services industry disciplines, with minute taking experience.

 

  • Understand legal and financial concepts and have a good working knowledge of the investment funds industry.

 

  • Work on his/her own initiative, have excellent organisation and planning skills, be methodical, with strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver on tight timescales.

 

 

  • Excellent communication skills as well as both verbal and written English is required.

 

  • Confidence in dealing with high profile clients and attending to their requests in a timely manner.
